What if I haven’t chosen an artist yet?
Start with the songs, atmosphere and audience you have in mind. Choose ‘Help me choose’ in the booking form and add a little about your event. You can explore the catalogue before deciding on a particular show.
Do I need a confirmed date or venue?
You can start planning without either. Leave the date open or mark it as flexible, and tell us the city and country. A venue name is optional at this stage; the date and performance details need to be confirmed before a booking is agreed.
Can I book for a private party, company event or festival?
The catalogue is designed around private celebrations, corporate events and festival stages. Tell us the occasion, approximate audience size and location so the conversation can focus on a suitable show and setup.
Is every tribute a full live band?
Formats vary by artist. A show may be a solo performance, a smaller ensemble or a full band. Check the artist’s profile for the listed format, and include any particular requirements in your enquiry.
Can we request a favourite song?
Add the song to your enquiry, especially if it is part of a ceremony or a special moment. Repertoire and special requests need to be agreed with the artist; not every request will be possible.
What about sound, lighting and the stage?
Technical requirements depend on the show and venue. Share what is already available, if you know. The artist’s rider, stage space, sound, lighting and who supplies each element should all be agreed as part of the booking details.
How long does a performance last?
Set lengths and breaks vary between shows. You can give a preferred performance length in the booking form, or leave it undecided. The final running order is agreed with the artist.
How is the price worked out?
The artist, date, location, show format, travel and production requirements can all affect the quote. Include the details you have so the scope is clear. Any price and what it includes need to be confirmed individually.
Does a booking request reserve my date?
No. An enquiry starts a conversation; it is not a confirmed booking or a date hold. Artist availability, pricing and the final show details must be confirmed personally. In this preview, the form prepares a brief you can copy or download and does not send it.
What if my plans change?
For an existing booking or enquiry, use Contact us and include the artist, event date and the details that have changed. Any changes, cancellation terms or payment arrangements depend on the agreement for your event.
How can my tribute join the catalogue?
Use ‘Register your tribute’ on the catalogue or Contact us page. Prepare a short show description, performance links, photos and your contact details. Applications are intended for team review before a profile can be published.
Will my artist profile go live automatically?
No. The registration flow creates a private application for review. Your materials and show details need to be verified before publication. The current preview lets you prepare and download your application; it does not submit or publish it.
Ready to make it live?
